Shipping policy
We aim to make shipping clear and straightforward.
All of our memo boards are handmade in small batches and prepared with care before dispatch.
Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Dispatch time refers to when your order leaves us, not the delivery time. During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we’ll always aim to keep delays to a minimum.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the date of order. Once your order has left us, delivery is handled by the courier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:
- your delivery address
- the size and weight of your order
Any applicable charges will be shown clearly before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
If tracking is not included with your chosen delivery method, we’ll still notify you when your order has been sent.
Delays
While we dispatch orders promptly, occasional delays can occur due to courier services, weather conditions, or peak periods.
If your order is significantly delayed or you have concerns about delivery, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs where relevant. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
