If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

In its original condition

In its original packaging
Because our memo boards are handmade, we ask that items are handled with care before deciding to return.
To request a return, please contact us at info@noticeboardstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll let you know the next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

Items returned without prior approval
As all products are handmade in limited quantities, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind once an item has been used.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit during return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.
If the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, including return postage where applicable.
Dispatch Times
Our memo boards are handmade in small batches.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days, although during busy periods this may vary slightly. Dispatch time refers to when your order leaves us, not delivery time.
